This original program was designed and developed by Bill Dueease exclusively for business owners and entrepreneurs like you. You will learn to operate from the unique Perspective of a Business Owner and determine What you want to do, Why you want to do it, How to get it done, and Practice doing it to get it right before going live. Where other methods create dependence, our program builds independence.

Introducing

Aspen's "Personal Coaching Modular Program."

You will learn to focus only on the key ingredients needed to successfully own and operate YOUR BUSINESS. This is accomplished with personal coaching by Bill Dueease, via telephone or in person, within the United States and Canada, using a series of Modules, including questionnaires, worksheets, and spreadsheets as guidelines, to develop the best solutions for your goals.

As you will see below, you will know the results to be achieved, the approximate time, what is included, and the cost for each Module, before embarking. You will receive the Results you pay for before moving on.

We have divided the Aspen "Personal Coaching Modular Program" into 2 Phases.

In Phase I you will align your personal life goals with your business objectives, learn how to generate the profits you want, how to create positive cash flow, how to achieve your marketing goals, how to position your business very well against your competition, how to prepare you and your business for your desired departure, and write a business plan that will greatly help attract outside money. Phase I consists of 5 Modules.

In Phase II you will learn how to find, hire, keep, and motivate your employees to perform so well, that your business will thrive with little needed management on your part. You'll benefit from increased profits and employees working effectively with you, with much less hassle and worry than you thought possible, and allow you to confidently use your new found free time on your personal goals. Phase II consists of 6 Modules.

Phase I

Coaching hours shown are approximate and, in each case, will vary with each business. Module prices do not fluctuate based on time.

Module 1. Develop your Personal Goals as a Business Owners

This is the first major step to get off the "Trial and Error" merry go around of business ownership. You will design your personal life goals for 3 future time periods and convert them into the 2 major benefits you will want FROM your business, namely money and time. These individual money and time goals will set your personal measurements for determining the future success of your business.

Module 1 includes 1 questionnaire, and 2 to 5 hours of "Personal Coaching." $350

Module 2. Profit Generation and Cash Flow Control

You will learn the secrets and details of Why, and How to create real profits in your business, generate free time, and control your cash flow to fulfill, not only the cash needs of your business, but your life goals. You will be amazed at how simple and effective these secrets are and how easily they can be implemented. You will also practice using them, on paper, so that when you eventually go to "Live Implementation," you will succeed immediately, with very few if any "Errors."

You will also create detailed monthly "Spreadsheet" forecasts of the future profits of your business, and of your complete cash needs for the next 12 months. These "Spreadsheets" will clearly show you (and others you choose) what products and/or services you will want to sell, what prices you will want to receive, how many you will want to sell, when you will want to sell them, the true affect everything will have on your cash flow picture, and what you can do to increase your profits and cash availability each month.

Module 2 includes 2 questionnaires, approximately 6 worksheets, at least 2 spreadsheets, and 9 to 22 hours of "Personal Coaching." $2450

Module 3. Marketing and Prospering because of Your Competition

You will learn HOW "to convince enough customers to pay the necessary price for your products and/or services to produce the desired profits for your business." You will learn Who you will want as desirable customers, How to select them from the pool of potential customers you encounter, What they really want, Why they buy, How they decide to buy, When they buy, and devise your Mission Statement, your business slogan, and your 30 second business description to attract more desirable customers. You will also learn to identify your true competitors, and How and Why to USE them to increase your business prosperity. You will focus on what your potential customers think about your products and/or services, and how you can change their perceptions so that your products and/or services become much more desirable to them than from the competition.

Module 3 includes 2 questionnaires, 1 worksheet, and 7 to 14 hours of "Personal Coaching." $1850

Module 4. Financial and Exit Strategies

You will step outside your business and work ON it. You will discover the actual limits of your business, which ones are restricting your immediate and future business capacity, how much money and time will be needed to increase your business capacity, and how much real profit you will generate from your capacity expansions. You will determine if, when, and how much additional outside money you might want to acquire to fund your expansion needs. Furthermore, you will determine how much profit your business will generate to be able to pay back the outside providers and retain the rest for your business. You will be able to test many potential plans, and see the results of each, without having to actually suffer the consequences, and set your strategy to actually attract the desired outside funds, under the best possible terms and conditions for you.

You will also explore and determine the most beneficial methods of exiting your business, so that you will gain the greatest amount of money and time possible through your departure. Your best departure must be planned in advance, and when completed will generate considerable money and, if desired, 100% free time from the business. You will also discover that the future capacities of your business, and the costs to increase them, will have a very strong influence on when and why you might want to exit.

Module 4 includes 2 questionnaires, 3 worksheets, reworking 2 spreadsheets, and 8 to 18 hours of "Personal Coaching." $1850

Module 5. Business Plan

Should you wish to attract outside investment money (either from loans, investors, buyers and/or mergers) as a result of the strategies you created in Module 4, you will want to complete a Business Plan. A Business Plan is the most effective marketing tool to convince investors, of all types, to provide money. It is a formal document that has specific formats and information required. You will also discover the most likely candidates to provide the desired funds, in the most desirable manner, and at the best time for you.

You have already created and addressed over 80% of the key information needed in the previous four Modules. You already know from Module 4 how much money you will want, what you will do with it, when you will want it, and how much profit you will generate from it. You have already produced an excellent forecast of your business's future profits and cash flow picture from Module 2 and as adjusted in Module 4. You have already developed your effective Marketing Plan from Module 3, etc. Other outside documents, like Tax Returns, accountant prepared Profit and Loss Statements, and Balance Sheets, etc. will be best attained from others. The Module asks the key questions, in an easy to use format, with individual explanations of how each answer will help you attract money, and how you can use the information you gained in previous Modules.

Where most Business Plans can and will take more than 100 hours, your Business Plan can be done in less than 14.

This Module can be delayed until the desired time for money acquisition is closer. If money acquisition becomes a goal, the Business Plan should definitely be completed within 3 months of seeking outside money.

Module 5 includes 1 questionnaire, organizing numerous documents, and 10 to 24 hours of "Personal Coaching." $2450

Phase I Wrap Up
You will review all that you have learned in Modules 1 through 4 and Module 5, if appropriate. You will have a simple checklist to organize everything in the future in an easy to use method, to assure that you gain the maximum benefits of the program. This checklist will also describe the basic steps you will want to take throughout a one year period to assist you in continuing the Benefits of the program.

Phase I wrap up includes 1 Checklist and 1 to 2 hours "Personal Coaching." FREE

When you complete Phase I (Modules 1. through 4. and 5., if appropriate) you will be fully prepared to Increase your Profits, Reduce your Stress, Increase your Time away from the business, gain Control over your business, so you can pursue your life goals. Frankly, virtually all clients that completed, at least, the first two Modules have rapidly generated net profit increases that were greater than 5 times the total cost of all of Phase I. Many of these same clients generated net profit increases that exceeded 10 to 150 times the total cost of Phase I. Their stress reductions were a real joy to see, and feel.

Special Monthly "Personal Coaching, Follow Up" Program via telephone. After you complete any Phase of our "Modular" Program, you might want Bill Dueease to personally provide unlimited monthly telephone support, to reinforce your implementation of the new, very beneficial ways of operating your business. The intention is to confirm the What, Why, and How of implementation to eventually develop your independence. This unlimited monthly telephone support is only $200 per month.

Personal Coaching Workshop and/or Seminar Program via in person. Bill Dueease will personally conduct workshops and/or seminars for your business owner groups, and design each workshop and seminar to fulfill your specific objectives. Where possible, they will include workbooks and/or handouts for each participant to develop their own personalized program. Charges will be mutually determined in advance, on the group size, objectives desired, type of program requested, time involved, and travel conditions.

Special Emergency "Personal Coaching, Mentoring" Hourly Program via telephone or in person. Bill Dueease will personally focus on much more immediate problems and their best solutions during these sessions. Bill will provide emergency coaching and mentoring on a 7 days a week, 24 hours a day basis, subject only to our instant availability, travel time, and travel costs. Bill will provide extremely quick responses, where possible, with the exception of interrupting any coaching or mentoring sessions with other clients. An advance payment for 2 hours will be requested, and as hours are used up, additional advances will be requested. The extremely responsive hourly rate is $200 per hour.

Coaching Times You will learn at your own pace, without time pressure, and "Personal Coaching" times for each Module will be scheduled in advance to suit your time schedule. Once you schedule "Personal Coaching" times, they belong exclusively to you.

Personal Notebook Once you have embarked on Module 2, by receipt of payment, you will also receive a Special 3 Ring Binder to organize all of your documents for the entire program. Your personal binder will become your greatest referral source for achieving your goals during the program and long thereafter.

Payment Payments for all Services should be received in advance of starting. You can pay for one Module and/or Monthly Follow Up at a time and depart the program at will.

Refunds We will Refund the cost of Modules 1 and 6, should you feel you are not receiving the Results and Benefits you expected. We will not proceed to Module 2 or 7, until you are fully satisfied with the completion of Module 1 or 6, and have declined the refund option. Because of the nature of the secrets provided in all other Modules, refund options, other than Modules 1 and 6 are not available.

Travel Arrangements Travel expenses are calculated round trip from Fort Myers, Florida. Trips under 60 miles round trip, no charge. Trips of 60 miles and over will include travel expenses as agreed by both parties. Aspen Business Group may waive travel expenses depending on the number of coaching hours, modules, or speaking hours involved.
